They're up 17-0. So much for DeBoer, but Penn State must find someone other than Terry Smith. That game tonight was narrowly escaping UCLA and NW-like embarrassments. The defense had no idea how to even line up or count. I know that's Knowles, but the buck stops at the head coach. Not gonna cut it.

Why not UCLA for Sitake if he’s leaving BYU? Seems like a better fit .

Seems too nice. Most coaches in that game at the end of the first half and end of the game would have said we've got a long way to go to be good. Instead, it was smiles and tears of joy. He's a nice guy. It's a nice story that he won a few games, but it's time for a coach with some discipline to come in and demand a hell of a lot better.
He didn't wear a 409 button tonight... it almost cost us the game.
It’s such a ridiculous situation and of course it’s Lane Kiffin that’s in it. There has to be 1000 things he would need to immediately get done at LSU. I would love to know how he could do all those things while at the same time preparing for a playoff run with a different team.
And that doesn’t even consider all the assistants and Ole Miss players that might be joining him at LSU. Talk about tampering and conflict of interest.

Franklin or his people were in touch with the recruits the whole time. The day after he was hired about 5 of those decommits already had visits scheduled for VTech.
It is going to be Hartline. It helps psu and takes away the best recruiter at OSU. It would hopefully fix are offensive problems. He is a b10 guy and a great recruiter. It is Hartline.

I hope it’s Hartline. If we’re ever going to compete with OSU you have to take Hartline away and hope he hires a great defensive staff, I’m sure he has good connections, and can oversee the development of the skill positions. I think he would really attract good players in the portal with his reputation as the best wr coach in the country. He won’t have the time to be as hands on from the head coach seat, but I’m sure he’ll hire someone who coaches the way he wants them coached

I think he's probably a good coach but then I think shouldn't he be with the players Alabama has.
