Barry Alveraz is a PA boy, So is Kevin Stefanski and Sean McDermott. I don't seriously believe any are real options.
Hell yes - I want Mike Munchak, Lavar, Sean Lee, Posluszny and Conlan all coaching the team.
Pay them whatever. They would have total control. The publicity alone would attract the best players and blow up college FB.
