New Hopewell Coach

Hopewell hired Brandon Gentry as their new head coach. He had good success at Northwest Cabarrus and was fired last season early in the year as the first coach of the new West Cabarrus high school. This is a solid hire for Hopewell but that conference is a beast and he will need kids to play ..

Crest Graduate I wish him the very best. He is a good coach and a good man! He should have had a fair shot at being the Coach of the Chargers some years back!!

He going have get kids to buy in , have better family support / admin support n keep kids from going to Hough n getting some kids come to Hopewell from Hough if possible

I believe right after he left West Cabarrus , He was at FH but Idk how long he was there for but then he ended up at Creek.

DC at FH has been Frank Toms from Apex Friendship (also a Crest grad) for the past 2 seasons. There is a Brandon Gentry on staff, but not the one you’re referring to.
