The NCAA, a member-led organization, was founded in 1906 to regulate the rules of college sport and protect young athletes. How have they done so far?
Answer: Not so great
Time to kick NCAA to the curb and hire a commissioner of college sports.
With all the money flying around it's basically legalized cheating.

It gets changed when SEC and Big 10 says change it. NCAA has no authority to stop anyone from leaving.
WVU would then be in Div 2 with Marshmellow. They would restart the WVIAC. Warm up the busses.
