Small hands or big ice?*

Seriously though, that's some big hail. It was only dime to nickel sized in the Gluckstadt area.

About 15 minutes of serious hail.. No spring plants veggies left standing in the garden. Didn't want to fool with them anyway.

The roof on my house is fine. My car is a different story. Roof, hood and trunk. Could be worse. I passed a car on I-55 with the entire rear window busted out.

getting a new roof, and both vehicles windshields are busted

both vehicles look like someone took a hammer to them.

The adjuster will come out and mark a test square (10'x 10') on each slope with chalk. Ten hail hits in the test square = replace the whole slope. (Not all insurance co. follow this procedure) Also look at the cooling coil on central ac unit. Fins easily show hail damage. Aluminum roof vents, vinyl trim on windows, gutters, look for heavy deposit of granules from shingles at bottom of gutter down spouts or in the gutters. Pictures of hail damage to roof so you know what to look for.

Fish, it shouldn't be too hard. Call your agent and get it inspected. If you are in the path of that hail you should have no issues. And I would love to sell you some shingles!!! I can give you several good roofers too. Just sayin.

I had golf ball size hail at my house and my nanny's car is totaled.

I was just asking how to get my roof replaced, I have no experience with hail damage to my home.

I bet you got your *** kicked all the time growing up. You ever been to PJ's parking lot back in the day??

If you have hail damage you shouldn't have a problem with insurance. Especially if it was golf ball.
