advice. I'd rather hear about Dixon again. The fact is so far he appears to have been right. Having a solid Oline and better D helps too.
It started with the Stansbury discussions and the hiring of Crooms in 2004. And here we are in 2010 almost 2011, and Stansbury has yet to make the Sweet 16 and Crooms is an embarrassing memory. But back then, thread upon thread calling me idiot because Stansbury was going to make multiple Sweet 16's, and Crooms was just what we needed to clean up Jackie's mess so we could start winning again. His West Coast offense was going to be tough to stop. In the end, I'm usually (with some misses here and there) pretty close on what actually happens. That can't be denied.
Here we are in 2010, and we have replaced Dixon, as I said we would.
Ralph is the starting QB- as I said he would be.
Russell wasnt ready to start, as I said he wasn't. He had trouble completing passes against freaking Alcorn.
I said we have never been without a pretty good SEC RB- and guess what? We aren't once aGAIN. Ballard is one of the league's best.
Paindonthurt made an absolute, complete *** out of himself trying to make a 500.00 bet that we wouldnt average 30 points a game like there is no way in 17'ing hell that could happen. Yet, almost assuredly after game 9, 3/4th's of the way through the season, we will be averaging 30 points a game. We're probably going to fall a little short, but it wont be by much. He was acting like we were going to have a Croom offense this season. It's nuts.
There are some very good posters here, but the majority are just fans. It's that simple. And judgement gets clouded when you think too much with your emotions rather than your brain. It's fun for me to continue to be constantly a step ahead of alot people on here. But in the end, most of the time they end up seeing it my way....
Just think in Miles ends up beating Saban- because there is nobody here that can say they were with me on that one this summer. Many here said Miles was probably going to get fired. Yet here we are, LSU is undefeated this late in the season for the 1st time in 37 years, and Saban isn't. And Chavis gets 2 weeks to get ready just like Ellis Johnson did with his 8 QB sacks. Should be interesting.
