In addition to evening events in Jackson and Gulfport, the official department video portal - HailStateTV - will showcase the 2012 Bulldog signing class with a live show beginning at 8 a.m., February 1. The show, which will be free of charge, will be accessible on HailState.com.

Hosted by the broadcast crew of Jim Ellis, Matt Wyatt and Bart Gregory from the Bryan Athletic Administration Building, the online show will feature highlights of every new Bulldog, live interviews with head coach Dan Mullen and assistants and video features on different aspects of the Mississippi State football program.</p>

"We're excited to provide something new and creative for our fans this Signing Day," director of athletics Scott Stricklin said. "We've placed an emphasis on creating new content and answering our fans desires with HailState.com and HailStateTV, and this show will be yet another way we can continue to be on the cutting edge."</p>

Following a 1 p.m. press conference at the Bryan Building, Mullen, Stricklin and other athletic department officials will travel to Jackson for an event at The South (627 East Silas Brown, Jackson, MS 39201). The event will begin with a reception at 5 p.m. and the program will start at 5:30 p.m.</p>

After the Jackson celebration, the group will head to Gulfport for an event at The Lookout Steakhouse (1301 26th Avenue, Gulfport). Doors will open at 7 p.m. prior to the program beginning at 8 p.m.</p>

Cost for both the Jackson and Gulfport events will be $10, payable at the door. Children under the age of 18 will be admitted without cost.</p></div></div></div>

do we know who is coming South to Jackson and Gulfport - which coaches. I know we had Collins and Wilson last year at the South which was great!

that the current athletics administration has their finger on the pulse of the fanbase...and is taking fan ideas and turning them into something even better for everyone's benefit. This is excellent news! So, now I can follow actual reporting on nsd, rather than just keeping an eye on Marshmellow's twitter....
