Karma. Tulane has been screwed over more times than any by conference realignments. SEC - Metro - C-USA... Time for them to catch a break.

There is ZERO reason why ULL and La Tech are as good as they are while a top 40 (academic) school in NEW ORLEANS is that bad.

damn....how many teams will remain in cusa...can't keep up with the shuffling. USM gets good and bad news on same day. They don't get offered any invites to any conference...makes it hard to find a corch with all this unsettling and shifting of teams.

One of the problems with USM seems to be that they have delusions of grandeur that will never materialize. It's not their fault but it's fact. Yep, that would be a nice little conference and would seem to get a decent television contract and bowl tie-in and save some money. They all could use revenue. It's getting tougher and tougher to survive. I'm damn glad we're a charter member of the SEC obviously.
