I'll give Nix credit. He really wanted UK and I believe he would have committed on his visit, but Cal never offered so he went to what I believe was his 2nd choice in UCLA. He didn't drag things out to the last minute. Cals putting everything into Green and Christopher. Hope we don't get played again.

He’s a talented player, but he didn’t seem to be a priority for us.

We can be sure Nix was not a priority for us. He never got a UK scholarship offer, and Cal obviously did not encourage him to make a visit.

The number one P.G. and people here (now that he is going elsewhere) "oh he is not that good." It will work out fine if we get those we seek. I guess Kentucky was his "Dream School" (laugh).
