Brecht should be embarrassed that he has no one on this team that is even competitive on faceoffs.Its absolutely pathetic and borderline fireable at this point. Its the reason we will lose and continually under perform every damn year.

I've been saying it all year but every wants to look past it and make every other excuse possible.

8 for 33 this far today... what a joke.

This team is pathetic. Cuse is milking the clock and they can’t even defend for 10 seconds. Cuse 17-14. Cancel the season

Once again outcoached at the half and outplayed During the second half. This is a very bad habit this team has which has cost them how many games already this season? Again - we’ve discussed it before - two new coordinators in the same off-season may not have been beneficial for, at the very least, this season.

I don’t know much about lacrosse, but I would imagine it is deflating for every other player on the field when you spot so many possessions on the face-offs. It really seems to catch up to them at the end.

And we still can’t win a freaking faceoff. How can we be so talented is some areas and so flawed in basic areas. A freaking defensemen is taking our face offs. What a train wreck

Uhh, we did Harryman, for about 4 games... Oh well, can't see winning much when you win faceoffs at our current rate.

It's not unheard of to have a defenseman take faceoffs.

I turn on the game and we're up 13-10. Then as I watch I noticed we can't win a damn faceoff. I don't care how good one's offense is. If you can't get them the ball, it's obvious what the outcome will be in these games. I don't care if we have the best goalie out there. When your defense is porous and you're giving the other team multiple chances, it doesn't take a lifelong watcher of lacrosse to figure out why this team is now 4-4 and not 6-2 or even better.

So, I have to ask the experts here; why is it so hard for Brecht to recruit decent faceoff guys?
