I've said I think UConn could still find their way into the ACC somewhere down the line.

I wouldn't write off UCF and WVU ( and maybe Cincy) into the ACC as well as its a better geographic fit for them. All depends on just how many ACC teams end up leaving. The PAC reluctantly broke apart but that was with the temptation of the B10 and a lot more money and stability. Depending on how broken the ACC ends up, it's likely on par with the B12.

The B12's current strength comes from the fact no one wants their schools. If the ACC loses some schools that might not be the case and then some of those schools will be wanted and they would have to fight for them and geography wouldn't be on their side, while money likely could be even.

it's funny how the ACC has become the Big East.

Instead of a Providence Mob, Tobacco road rules the day; the two football-first schools don't get what they want; BE holdovers Pitt, Syracuse, BC and Louisville must be thinking "Not again?"

I think the conference stays together in the long term; too many schools to go elsewhere but Louisville could end up in the Big 12.

Wait until the Big 10 snatches Carolina, Virginia and ...? The GOR isn't perpetual.
