Do you think Florida and Tennessee would actually show some class and prudence and turn down bowl bids so South Carolina and MSU could get justly rewarded?

//Yeah I know it would never happen, but in a world of upstanding people it should.

The SEC does not exist in that kind of world.

If we turned down all SEC tie-in bowls and went to an idependent bowl (Kraft Fight Hunger, Hyundai Sun, Bell Helicopter Armed Forces, Little Caesars, MAACO Las Vegas, New Mexico), would that be allowed? Would we still have to split money with the conference?

in a world where we pay dues to the SEC and do nothing but follow their rules, is that, during their mandatory consultation with the bowls, they went to bat for a member institution whose team is the most improved in the entire conference and has an 8-4 record. For the arguably 5th best team to go to the 8th best bowl isn't right.

Lets all go to Vegas if we really do fall that low tomorrow. That would instantly make me forget about Atlanta
