Physically, if you added John Pelphrey, Richie Farmer, and Deron Feldhaus together and divided by three you would pretty much get Trent Noah in terms of height and weight and build. How appropriate.

We've reached the point of the offseason where we congratulate and make a spectacle on working out aka doing the job they are paid to do. This is the real world. When you sign on to be an employee, there are expectations and it's up to the employee to meet them. Trent Noah is a good player. He's going to be a good player at Kentucky or elsewhere, but this is what the overwhelming majority of athletes do in the offseason. Doesn't matter if it's April or May or June, etc....

Maybe Pilgrim is truly unaware that even mediocre HS players work hard in the offseason, so he shouldn't be surprised that a D1 Power Conference athlete is working hard and if he is, that's on him.
I'm going to suggest some are more motivated than others and it eventually shows

I like Noah because he has sufficient height, a good attitude, and a streaky good 3 point shot. He also seemed to have a knack for getting easy layups off of rebounds.
