Being outstandingly hot lately? I think that's 11 straight with 30 or more, he's got a 53 pointer in there, a triple double, and he's still being efficient. Hit the game winner last night. Dude is in the zone.also, is there anyone who hates KD? He's hard not to like. And his new nickname the slim reaper is great,

I was at the Memphis game. We held him to 5 points in the 1st quarter. I didn't realize the run he went on until I looked at his totals on the scoreboard early in the 4th and he was closing in on 40. He was hitting everything he threw up.

I like KD a lot. One of my fav players and would love for him to get the best of Lebron in the finals one day. He single handedly beat my Hawks last night, when we out played them all night. Tough loss, KD got away with a couple of pushoffs on the game winner. I guess he does have that league "star treatment" if anybody gets it, don't mind it being KD.

I started watching NBA basketball around 1990 and in the last 5 years, I can honestly say that there have only been 5 players that have left me absolutely awe-stricken. In no particular order...

1. Michael Jordan
2. Magic Johnson
3. Kobe Bryant
4. LeBron James
5. Kevin Durant

The things that KD can do at 6'10"(there's no way he's only 6'9") are like nothing I've seen in my lifetime. There are only a handful of guys to ever play the game that you can genuinely say are impossible to defend, but Durant is undoubtedly one of them.

Marshall Henderson would get beat 21-0 vs Durant in 21. He wouldn't even stop at 7 for the skunk. Durant's wristband says WWRRD

LBJ and KD are best of buds. The OKC vs Miami finals was a treat, and I've been praying for that match-up to happen again since, but they aren't going to go anywhere without Westbrook.

But star treatment? Come on. They're never going to call a push-off on the game winner... it doesn't matter if it's KD or Brian Scalabrine.

Are you saying KD doesn't get star treatment? Maybe not that one call, but they call fouls on the opposing team anytime KD is looked at. And it's always a shooting foul because of the rip through, which they're not supposed to call anymore, but they still do.

I like KD, but he definitely gets star treatment.
