I meeeaaannnn you're technically correct, but can't really classify Provi as "south", they're still north of route 80.
Yes, but they are the team that had the weaker southern route. Instead of Cary grove or prairie ridge or Morgan park or st Francis in the first four rounds, they run into the likes of oak forest and Washington.
just a substantially lighter path to the final. If they are in the north and st Francis is in the south, it is 50/50 if Providence even makes it to the final. In the south, there was no way they weren’t making the final short of a black hole gobbling up the Emerald Isle before a game.
