The Wolves had no answer for the Wildcats and their quarterback I.McNeil. it doesn't get any easier for us with the next game being against the conference's best team, next Friday 9-22, namely, the Newton-Conover Red Devils.
So far, this has been a tough season but there have been some of our guys that shows promise. Keep trying Wolves. Pulling for you.

 Really what has happened to the wolves this year. I drove up from Rutherford co. Last year and watched the game against east and it was a great game. Was that team just full of seniors ?

Yeah, that's correct, Mopar. We lost quite a few seniors an some talented atheletes. Just one of those years when we have to walk that valley. Hopefully, something good will come out of it.

It's a lonesome valley too. I'm hoping good things come for your team soon.

The JV's are doing well. They have wins over South Point and East Gaston that I know of. They have some speed and a pretty good quarterback and the defense looks like they go to the ball. I don't know how they came out in their other games besides these two.
Good luck to you guys against Hibriten.

Cheerduck, congratulations on the Tornadoes win over Hunter Huss. Speaking of Huss, my father said the school's namesake was his teacher. I asked him if he knew him well but he said he didn't. I asked him how he didn't know his teacher well and he said he (my father) got sent to the "high first" on trial and didn't attend school anymore. I asked him how someone drops out of school in the first grade and he said he was sixteen.
