Sorta true...Both the shooter and victim were both dropouts from SWE and THS. Both suspected involved in gang activity. Sad. A friend of mine knew the boy who got shot when he was younger, said he was a good athlete, had Alot of potential, but chose the streets.

It is sad when you look at how young they are. It will take a miracle to turn their lives around. People that do that mess never enjoy living life. They miss out on having true love and raising a family. Going on vacation and seeing the world. Just go through a revolving door of drugs and prison if they are lucky enough to live long. I wish I had the answer to it but it’s a very complicated mess.
