Twice this year they have started the pregame show, only to jump away from it at around 6pm. Then they broadcast the Sunday game like normal. The only other choice we have up here (in one of the most densely populated counties in the freakin' state) is 730 am, which powers down to about one candlewatt in the evening.

Anyone?

Yeah, I was listening to 730am for a while too. Until the signal got bad.

Oh well, I was wondering how long the Rebels would allow WBLE to carry our games. It lasted a lot longer than I figured though. I am sure there is some excuse....like lack of sponsors all of a sudden.

It just AMAZES me that on a given night, I can listen to an LSU game, an Ole Miss game on at least 5 different stations, a Georgia broadcast, a Kentucky broadcast, a Braves game, a freakin Cubs game, an Arkansas broadcast, San Antonio Spurs on a good night, but I cannot, in DeSoto County Mississippi, home of 13 billion people, listen to an audible MSU broadcast. MADDENING.

Of course, if you don't have the iphone, you could always download Tunein app to whatever phone you have and listen that way.

I hear ya, man. All the MSU clothing, tags, and etc. you see around Desoto County but basically no radio for us. But when it comes to TV, radio, and newspaper, it might as well be Desoto County, Memphis.

or TuneIn player on PC or mac or just bookmark www.thezone105.9.com and listen online. You have options if you have broadband. And I would venture to say that you can find two stations in or near Starkville that carry OM games...all those journalism majors have to do something I guess. But yeah, till 105.9 came around central MS was very limited in our ability to hear MS State games on the radio.
