Anyone seen North Rowan play? Or even better.....has anyone seen both teams play and have an idea of what to expect?

Imo, it will be a good game. North Rowan is not on the same level as they were a few years ago, but they are plenty good. Brevard is going to have its hands full again.

This is going to be a long trip. Hoping for warm weather and no smoke and maybe a short happy ride back to Spencer.

Since we played north they are a team I keep up with yearly ... lots of speed ... good to see G and G , great fan

Good folks at brevard as well and beautiful stadium to watch a game .. good luck to both should be a good ern

Noticed in the NC Prep Magazine that the Cavaliers returned several All-Conference performers on both sides of the ball this season, and several of those are Seniors on this year's team....Brevard as well has a lot of Seniors including the QB, so I expect a hard fought game on friday night...

I believe this will be North Rowan's last year in the 2A class as they return to the 1A ranks next season!

Should be a dandy!

NR has a few highly sought D1/D2 recruits on that team. They are very athletic at RB, WR, LB and DB. Special teams are soild and can return it on you in a heartbeat. Best part of the team is the DL. 32 and 99 are real good and the others are solid and big. If they lineup man 2 man on Brevard's recievers and take away the pass, Brevard better have a big strong OL to stop those studs up front. Not the best NR team of late, but very good!

I see this game coming down to the wire, whoever limits the mistakes will win, Brevards been solid all year with having limited turnovers, but penalties tend to hurt blue devils at times.

I go with NR based on strength of schedule and all that skill and size. They are big and fast with losses to 4A (11-1) Davie and 3A (9-3) S. Iredell. I think Brevard will give them some fit early, but NR will strike with speed and make big plays to walk away with the win.

Finally here, imma say it's hard fought contest I say and hope my blue devils pull it off, Brevard 27 north Rowan 24. I hope north Rowan team and fans have a safe travel here to brevard.

I'm proud of Brevard on a great season, North Rowan is very talented team especially #24 he ran well all night
