North has lost to some tough Teams this year. Sun Valley , West Stanly, East Montgomery, West Montgomery. Really nothing to be ashamed of. I'm not sure if North has ever played a SMC Team. I know one of Albemarle's former Players now at North Stanly has played against Murphy. I want to hear from some Swain Fans and North Fans about this Matchup

We used to play hip-hop at the Football games in Albemarle and North Fans complained. I can't wait to see what They say after hearing AC-DC all night

42-13 Swain. North Stanly did play some tough teams in their losses but dang, that only matters if you are competitive. 63-14, 49-14, 56-7 - not competitive.

I can remember some ns posters on here at the beginning of the year how they would run deep in playoffs maybe even a state championship game possible. Have not seen them lately. Sorry to say but ns will be one and done mountain teams don't play easy on the field no matter what their record is! swain 56 ns 21

North losses big as well as South Stanly in their game. As far as the other county school West Stany also ends their season after one game but at least they all made the playoffs.

I think the Devils take this one, but the margin depends on which Swain team shows up.. the one that beat Cherokee or the one that got thumped by Murphy. This team isn't one of the greats, but they're better than they've played the last couple games of the season. I didn't expect them to beat Murphy this year, but the 5-TD smackdown was way worse than it should have been.

#2 & #20 are two nice RBs. #2 hurt his leg somehow, but 20 picked the slack up no problem.

Stanly County was represented well last night. South did as much as They could against a really good Mt. Airy Team. North and West played really well

I only know 1 team from Stanly County that made it past the second round the last 8 years...and that team has 5 state championships. #Petty
