Is this Inside the stadium or outside ?
From the renderings, looks as though 50 may be capacity instead of 150.
We could do this in the south EZ instead of having those pitiful looking little tents we have now.
Use this double deck concept all the way across the EZ.
Charge $25 per person entry. No passouts.

Texas has several of these type establishments around their stadium. They have created a cool festival atmosphere (not much tailgating that i saw though).
He's at ECU now, 4th team, 6th year.
