Not one top 30 recruit in the final four

That UConn has four top 50 players would explain why they are so good.
I wonder why they weren’t better In the regular season? They may win it all but going into the tournament that was not a popular view. Did they under achieve until now?

They never lost any out of conference games, only Big East games.

Has there been a ranking of remaining teams based on team NIL opportunity? I’m guessing UConn has the most experience rewarding players.

Samson Johnson got hurt early season, doesn't play
Their transfers have been really good too - Newton, Calcaterra, Alleyne, Diarra
Hurley jettisoned some highly-ranked recruits (Corey Floyd, Rahsool Diggins) in favor of more experienced guys

Has there been a ranking of remaining teams based on team NIL opportunity? I’m guessing UConn has the most experience rewarding players.

More interesting is ranking by total AD budget (conference revenue plus NIL).

I would assume UConn and all the schools are on the lower end - especially compared to Big Ten/SEC schools.
