For those that have never done this, it's quite difficult and requires a lot of preparation and the ability to think on your feet, as well as not get rattled. It's not an easy thing, and most people are fearful of public speaking in general. I got the opportunity to do this for a semester in college and not only really enjoyed it, but have a whole lot of respect for those that can do this well.
