The way the schedule looks next week we will be 10 or so going into Indiana and better than that if we take care of Indiana and Purdue ..hell if we are unbeaten going to Ohio St Gameday will be at the game ....as cool as that would be I would rather that not happen

So you'd rather have us lose?

No ..I see Ohio St beating us something like 45-20 and it would be seen as another big stage blowout for us

after our bye week and if we are 7-0 going into Wisky I think we will be around #7-8 in the country and that will be a big game. IF and IF we beat wisky I say we could be around #6 or so.

Losing 45-20 I don't think would drop us very far in the polls if really at all. they are a clear #2 best team in the country and it isn't close.

Ohio State would be heavily favored and rightly so. Big difference is I don't think Riley's squad quits when down by 14.

Any guesses on the Nebraska @ Ohio State spread?

I heard Ohio State I'd favored by 8 against Michigan. That tells a lot.

Only 10 in NCAA top 25 are 5-0.

Good to see. I have been saying 10 wins or better this year. That would be a huge move up for NU over last year.

Need to get healthy and win a few games before worrying about Ohio St. IF we get to Columbus undefeated, I'd watch some serious game tape from MSU's win over them last year. It was mentioned that would be Gamedy for ESPN too; can't be sure about that. ESPN has a raging $EC boner that has lasted for far longer than 4 hours

I'm not sure we are the 12th best team in the nation. I guess we will find out in a hurry the 2 weeks following the purdue game. we might find out in 2 weeks from now seeing indiana beat michigan state.

After the Top 6, it's anyone's guess.

I don't think #2 is accurate. I think maybe Louisville or Clemson could stay within two scores of them, but they would eviscerate any other team if they wanted to. If they play Bama in the playoff I will really enjoy the sideline shots of Nick Saban as his team gets curb stomped and the Bama boosters melt down thinking of all the money they paid to the players' parents to secure their commitments.

Not many surprises there except I can't see Oklahoma at #22 with two losses (albeit tOSU and Houston) and a win over UL Monroe and a narrow win over unranked TCU. Also, I can't believe Notre Dame didn't at least receive votes after the big win over Syracuse :)

I think it is anything over 8 hours you need to see a Doctor according to commercials. :)
Being old if it goes beyond an hour I'm documenting, taking video and telling my wife to cancel her afternoon appointments cause I'm going to die smiling with her beside me.

I'm not sure we are the 12th best team in the nation. QUOTE]

We definitely aren't #12. There are a handful of teams behind us that would embarrass us (Ole Miss, OU, Okie Lite to name a few).

Our "big win" is against an Oregon team that might not finish with a winning record. We looked very average yesterday against a piss poor Illinois team. Sorry, I'm not drinking the Kool-Aid yet. But flame on.

flame? who was I flameing? Im not sure about the 12th rank.
we maybe that good, but sometimes it seems like we have times when the intensity lacks. if tommie is hitting passes everything seems to look pretty good. thats all I was saying, Im not sure yet.

The OSU game in November won't mean much. The one in December is the one that really counts.

Oh No! I've looked ahead!
