PSU has lacked discipline for a decade. That’s just inexcusable. It can’t happen. That was a crushing TD after they had OSU stopped.

And then Washington with an unsportsmanlike penalty. He stepped over the downed WR. I disagree with the call, as he didn't taunt him, and stepping over the WR was the natural move for him for the position he was in.

You didn't hear what Washington may have said to the receiver as he stepped over him. Official was right there.

This is the crap that happens when you allow the players to do all this 'look at me' BS.

Exactly. Details matter and they just do not correct this stuff. OSU is good enough. There’s no need to help them with undisciplined penalties.

Another long standing issue not addressed…. and it will kill them against OSU (as usual). So frustrating.

There’s a reason you can’t beat top 10 teams, and it’s largely because in those games the little things make the difference. Once again, we lose on the little things. Complete lack of discipline, and zero accountability.

They review it, and decide it's an incomplete pass. Based on the replays, I think they got it right.
