The pick 6 part isn’t appropriate, but the devastation of multiple interceptions by Allar were at least as impactful as that OU one.
The play clock would have run out before the 2:00 warning, so they had to snap the ball or take the delay and have 5 more yards to go.

It was dumb of OU to not run at least one more play to make it a shorter FG at the end on their last possession. They should have known that a 51 yd FG into the wind was going to be a challenge. There was time for a couple plays. It most likely was not going to matter but at least they would have given themselves a shot.

When it was 17-10 . OU receivers dropped that catch that would have like been a TD or at least position in red zone and dropped. Next play or play after that Bama scored TD on INT. Huge sequence and change of mo.

In some ways it was a strange game. For the first quarter and a half I actually found the game boring and Bama sincerely looked listless and not good enough for the playoff. Everything changed on that fourth down conversion. Momentum and confidence in football can be a funny thing.
