Gotta love the "offense initiated the contact" foul on the defense. The statement alone should tell you how moronic the concept is. The defense is backing up with his hand straight up, offense runs into him anyway, foul on the offense. Okay pal.

Especially considering the offensive player lowers his shoulder to go into the defender.

great look by Aaron just missed it .like that he didnt settle for a bad 3 and drove to the middle . and he did a good job on the 3 on 1 break . Them going to the line is the best case in that scenario.

can't give them open threes like that. We let up on the defense going to zone that time, bad move. Just stay strong with the man to man the rest of the way, I say.

Why are we playing stall ball?

There have been 6 or 8 times we beat their press have a 3 on 2 opportunity and back it back out this half? Even early in the shot clock it looks like we have a chance to drive to get an easy score and we throw the ball back out front instead.

Terrible offense this half giving USC hope.

Cal is not coaching a good game. We're playing freaking stall ball. That's what an under talented team does with the lead. It's almost like we aren't trying to score.
