Yep . This team is going to be scary in March . hell they are now when we are at full strength. How about this for D - when Fox went out we are holding them to 33% shooting . With him out and them getting run outs of steals they are over 50% but that D was great when Fox was in.

Fox being out the rest of this game could be a blessing in disguise if it gets Monk to start driving the lane.

Briscoe is the ultimate team player so this post reeks of agenda . He is playing bad but that is due to putting too much preassure on himself . He will be fine.

Monk with a full game at the point would probably result in him taking 34 shots and having like 10 turnovers. However, in spurts he's the only one who can get the offense going as it wants to. Briscoe is way more dangerous as a second PG on the floor because of how much space Monk and Fox get him. These guys will just put all 5 guys sagged to the middle because all Briscoe can really do is go at the hoop. Willis and Gabriel should get a ton of looks though, if they make them as they have, UK wins easily and probably still hits 90.
Cal is on record this year saying certain players are pressing because they are worried about draft stock. Briscoe is the leader of that pack and there are times, like today, where he tries to show he is in the same league as Thornwell, only to reveal that he is not.

Geez.......you're getting calls left and right, getting to hand check on defense, and there have been 5 (you can feel free to check my facts watching the replay) calls on UK shots where the replay shows no SC guy ever got near touching the UK player... but the SEC refs used their standard "what they thought was going to happen whistle." And yes, SC got by with a few fouls and a walk...........UK got by with it even more. Don't confuse "trash team" with tough team. SC has had a flu bug through the entire team, and now our 2nd best player couldn't play so all this stuff evens out.
UK is going to win this game, and most likely by 15 or so. But the refs are not your problem tonight. And the refs won't be the reason SC loses.

Hell no . Monk's handle is way way way too loose . Hawkins , Briscoe are the pgs . If Mulder was playing he would be ahead of Monk at pg at well. Monk is amazing but he is sloppy at times.
Briscoe is the kind of guy who if he leaves before at least 3 years in college, it's a mistake. He's also the kind of guy that is UK legend material if he stays 4.
Too bad Cal can't demoralize you into sticking your head in a toilet. That's where it belongs.
