You saw what happened in 2021 when we lost two of our starting guards, the team totally turned into a legit title threat, to getting bounced by a 15 seed.
And we saw it last year when Butler went out.
It really cant be stressed how important having your "quarterback" healthy is in basketball, and then on top of that the back up is out too.
I know its not 1 for 1 the same, but we have a lot of Bengals fans here right? How did Cincy look when Burrow was in, as opposed to Jake Browning?

It's like last season all over again after watching the game. You really don't know what to expect.

Having our two point guards out does NOT excuse the lack of effort that seemed to be obvious durning both first and second half. Pope should have had his team fired up or scared not to give 100% on every possession. Actually the lack of effort was more prevalent in the second half.
