They played well but, yet again, they couldn't make a play when they needed to
Yep, turtled up on O to run clock. Then played soft on pass coverage on D which let Indiana get big 22 yard type passes to move right down the field. Have to play aggressive all game.
Calling that timeout is proof Terry Smith isn't capable of being a HC at this level--pure stupidity

That was a major coaching error calling a time out there. Grunk should have spiked the ball.So, how did ciggie do in his Penn State audition?

PSU just needs to kick a FG (and convert) to get to OT
3rd: Pena for a 1st down at the PSU 47
PSU calls TO (their last one) I would have preferred they spiked it, and maintained their TO
They need to get about 22 hards, in 0:20, to be in decent FG range

Why would you send the receivers on individual routes instead of sending everyone streaking on the same deep route and try to get a jump ball?
