DBs are the one area of this team that I wouldn’t complain about.
It's a win. That's all I can say about that.
I liked the way the ref adjusted the defenders jersey, "sorry we missed that holding call...again"
Bowl eligible and no losing record season this year. Finished strong. Monkey is off the back.
Well now Michigan and Michigan State have shown they are beatable, so ya never know.
That would be the case....but unfortunately I have watched all the games this year. I know what this team is and is not. I want to see a better coached, disciplined, fervent team. I don't like winning games solely on our talent. That will catch up with you when another team matches your talent.
If he wore a Buckeye or Bama jersey, he'd be 1st team AA and interviewing for a spot in the drafts top 15.
The secondary is very good.
The LBs are average. I expected more from Smith this year.
The DL is above average with Mustipher & Luketta (today) but below average without them.
MD marched the length of the field but we were lucky to recover a bad snap. They easily drove it in for a TD on their next possession. They they got a 2 pt conversion. Remember, PSU lost a 14 pt lead vs Illinois. I think the lack of depth on defense causes them to get tired by halftime. I'm also not too impressed with Pry. He's too blitz happy and we keep getting burned. I liked the 3 man rush vs OSU. He finally went back to that in the 4th qtr today and it was effective again. The late penalties by Porter could have cost us but we got the pick 6 which effectively ended the game.
