Defensive pressure seldom seems to get home. Tackling continues to be a challenge.

If I was Ohio I'd continue with the trick plays, incredible how successful they've been.

PSU with a completion to Parker Washington, and he's down after the tackle. After play is stopped for the injury, Washington walks to the sidelines. 2nd & 6 for PSU

Hurts when you call the right defense at the goal line and 3 people have a shot and miss.

2 trick plays. They definitely wanted that drive.

Cliff throws it away on 1st down (nobody was open)

On 2nd down, his past to Wallace is incomplete

3rd & 10 ... and Washington on a crossing pattern, spins out of a tackle, and it's either for a TD or he stepped OOB

It's a TD!!!!

Usually press box. And the guys filming
I guess that makes some sense but there are still camera angles that show the cards from the opposite side and it shields the back side of them anyway. I guess coaches are paranoid about everything though.

The play is under review. With the replays shown on TV, it's really close -- perhaps out at 9 or at the 7, but tough to say

On replay, they decide he stepped out at the 7. They move the clock to 20 sec left in the half

Ohio takes a knee, so that's the half.

26-7, PSU, and they'll get the ball to start the 2nd half

Liked that last week Pinegar's extra points were high through the uprights which was not his previous tendency. Thought that was a good sign. Kicks look kind of low again today.

good point, and something I noticed.

FWIW, in warmups he made a FG (nobody rushing) from 55 yards, and had the distance but was wide from 60+ yards

The OLine appears to be a little better, but their still having problems with run blocking and pass protection. Other than that things are fine and dandy.

Expect Allar to play second half. Still need to clean up run game, line play, and pass rush.
