Looks like they could have played tonight. Who is making these weather decisions?
Not sure about final decision but Mike Brown is consulted heavily. He's the "MSU Climatologist" and a weather professor on campus. He's typically spot on, but he also works in an inexact science so.....

In this day and age.... I don't get why they don't start game 1 at 11am, play 9. Then maybe game 2 is 7 innings.

Why can't they foresee these issues and move the series up to Thursday, Friday and Sunday series.

Oh well, two 7 innings may be a blessing for all I know this morning.

They should play two 9-inning games. If they can't do that, play one 9-inning game. This is freaking little league baseball here.

Game 1 had to start at 1 because it’s on linear tv network, not just streaming. He who does the payin, does the sayin.

Any DH played on Sunday is 7 innings, per conference rule. Dumb rule, but not our choice.

Kind of surprising with game 1 on tv, the sec didn’t say play 9.
