I rarely get into the Stansbury discussions because both sides make it way too personal, and I don't enjoy reading all the ya-ya that accompanies what should be a legitimate discussion. BUT, all that ******** aside -- a couple of simple questions, as of April 12, 2011:<div>
</div><div>
- Do you think Mullen has complete control of the football team? Is that team headed in the right direction?
- Do you think Cohen has complete control of the baseball team? Do you feel good about the direction that team is headed?
- Now answer those questions about Rick and the basketball team.
<div>If your answers are the same as mine, then you see an obvious gap between the leadership of these teams. That includes discipline, strength & conditioning, off-season issues, coaching players up, players actually knowing just what in the hell they are supposed to be doing, etc., etc., etc.</div></div><div>
</div><div>I don't know the right answer, and I am not one to pull for State to lose to cure problems... I'm too competitive. I want MSU to have the attitude Florida does -- they expect/demand to win in every sport, every time. You may disagree with the approach, but all I'm saying is that you can't blame C34, D@A, Fish, and the rest for being down on Stansbury. There's a gaping hole in our Big 3 athletic programs that needs to be addressed. Does anybody disagree with that?</div>
