In the 2nd half. 3 turnovers, 10 1/2 sacks. I have always despised the Longhorns but will always wish Manny well. I liked what he did for us and like how he calls his D. They have basically sucked this year but damn you can see the talent they have in that team. Makes you wonder how they don't win more than they do.

Lots of DL stunting and LBs taking different paths to the QB.

I would like to see that on Tuesday. From the good guys.

Still not sure whether or not he keeps his job...

I agree -- He certainly dialed up pressure and got after the QB in this game. Got torched in the first half, but made adjustments and shut them down in the second half.

I'm still not sold on Manny. When he was here he had multiple NFL players on his defense. He has been below mediocre at UT with all that stellar talent they have.

If that talent had played that hard all season, they may have won another game or two. Big thing tonight, the Horn qb grew up a little. The qb play sucked for them this year except in Oxford. All the qb did in Oxford was through it deep to wide open receivers though.

What I saw in the game was a QB in Vaz that held the ball FAR to long on some plays, 2 OTs that were terrible in the basic fundamentals of OT play and a coaching staff that never did what they needed to do to ensure victory. Oregon St didn't have a "bullet" in the gun after the screen game didn't work in their passing game. Once Woods went down Vaz just festered between holding the ball & getting smashed off the edges. Manny has more talent on that team than he did here and still after all of that gave up 27 pts? Nah I'm happy with Wilson.

After Lou Holtz ripped Diaz a new one a the half, the D played picture perfect. That performance should have saved his job for next year.

How many times did the announcers say Manny Diaz and then put the camera on him signalling in the play?
