Good. How many times I've had to listen about them beating bama no big deal and sec was no big deal.
More proof that coaching hires are a crapshoot. Venables was one of the hottest names out there for years. He finally gets his long awaited coaching job, at a blue blood no less, and is falling flat on his face. Looks like Lebby was propping him up. I feel much better about Lebby now that Oklahoma has completely cratered since he left.

To be fair we’ve completely cratered since then too. Oklahoma’s problems don’t have much to do with an assistant coach leaving. Much tougher schedule & conference. Other than the 1 huge win over Texas, they really didn’t do much last year either. Lost to the 3 decent teams they played & beat a bunch of nobodies.

Maybe so. But Lebby is putting up much more respectable numbers with half the talent and a much harder schedule in the same conference.
More impressive was usc getting sanders. How much did they pay for him. If we had a back line that again it would be nice.
