Only one was an opening day starter last year -- and he's moved positions. What do you think posting a current depth chart proves without the same chart from last year? Spin away...
Oh...so what the 2012 spring depth chart says trumps what actually happened in the 2012 season?
From the Baylor writer...
Probable starters are Devin Davis, Brandon Webb, Jake Jenkins,Parker Graham, and Daniel Koenig. Webb, Graham and Koenig are returning starters, and the athletic Graham is the best of that bunch. Offensive line will certainly not be a weakness for the Cowboys’ offense, but compared to OSU’s disgusting talent at all other offensive positions, it cuts a comparatively unprepossessing figure. The only hope for Big 12 defenses may be to pressurize and confuse this line to the maximum possible.

From the OSU writer...
Devin Davis is a 6-foot-5 and 298-pound red-shirt sophomore from Nacogdoches (Tex.) who was listed as the starting left tackle on the depth chart after spring ball. As a freshman, he started against Texas Tech and Baylor and saw action in six games total. The coaching staff expects Davis to be a permanent starter and staple in the offensive over the next several seasons. He is young, athletic and has a bright future.
Brandon Webb looks like the starter at left guard. The 6-3 and 326-pound senior from Owasso (Okla.) played in 12 games last season for Oklahoma State. He got his first start against West Virginia, stayed in the lineup every game after and did not allow a sack. Webb is physical in nature, which is what you want from an interior lineman.
Perhaps the most talented and accomplished member of the line is Parker Graham, the 6-7 and 315-pound red-shirt senior from Webb City (Mo.). Penciled in at right guard, he has been a starter for the past two seasons and will be expected to be a leader up front. Graham played at both tackle spots a year ago, but is expected to move over to the inside to fill a need. Also, he is a two-time All-Big 12 Academic honoree.
Daniel Koenig is a 6-6 and 310-pound red-shirt junior from Cape Coral (Fla.) who shot up the depth chart in 2012 and will start at right tackle. He missed one game with the first unit last season, against Texas Tech. Known for his solid technique and consistent play, Koenig has the potential to be an All-Big 12 performer for the Cowboys.
Jake Jenkins, a 6-3 and 298-pound red-shirt junior from Gilmer (Tex.), spent last season as the backup to starter Jake Epstein. However, he will likely get the nod at center this time around. Jenkins replaced an injured Epstein once last year and played in a handful of other games at the guard spot. Jenkins has been in the system for three seasons now and will provide much-needed experience and plenty of leadership.

No matter how you spin it. OSU returns 2 fulltime starters and a guy who started the final 5 games of last year.
I've acknowledged that MSU's OL has more starts than OSU's. And like I said, they'd be a great comparison if OL played against OL.
