Hate OM or not.. Those 17ers play their *** off every play of every game no matter who is in the game.. I hate them with every cell in my body but they deserved to win tonight

I don't know that I'd have let him throw more than 15 yards downfield the rest of the game. They had to be averaging close to 5 yards a pop until they got within UM's 5-yard line, and yet they kept throwing deep. Heck, UM almost picked off a couple more.

That's what happens when you're the taint of the conference for 2-3 years. The same happened to us a couple seasons back but we had exactly 1/2 the talent. In 2009 we played harder than anyone and played the hardest schedule in the country. In 2010 we had balls and it showed (0 passing yards against UF in 2nd half in a WIN, 3 OT against a Sugar Bowl Arkansas team and the only reason it went 3 OT was effort). Alas the constant sucking has stopped and our players no longer give a ****.
I totally agree. If it takes getting in front of the on field interview after the game and saying "to God be the glory"......Hell I'm for trying. I'm not big into the Pharisee's (overboard praying in public) but good grief......you got to LOVE a damn team that plays hard, never gives up and competes even with the national media constantly talking about all the injuries they have. Hugh Freeze, can our coaches come to you recruiting and competitive playing school. no excuse's, they came to play.......that is what I want from the DOGS!!!!!!!!!

The way Ole Miss is now is the way we used to be under Sherrill (until the meltdown). Teams knew when they played MSU, they'd be in four a four-quarter fight. We might not have won, but by God, we'd fight you until the end and make you earn your victory. That's the way Ole Miss is now. They won't win every time, but they fight their *** off and make the opponent earn it. We just play not to lose and wind up getting blown out.
