One of them spends to much time on the radio in the mornings during the week.

North kids need to shut their mouths until they stop getting their butt kicked. It's pretty embarrassing, act like you've been their before.

Kicking off from the 5. Way to be in control of your team. Those kids need to find some bench, because apparently there is no consequences for their nonsense.

Bradley with 185 yards rushing and 4 TD with 5 minutes left in the third quarter. Those TD's give him 45 on the year which ties Strong from North.

Unreal. Three or four personal foul penalties so far and could easily have a couple more. Holding penalties, personal fouls, busted plays, trash talking down by 30. No excuse for this crap.

And not a single one of them has come out, or even gotten a talking to. Like I said, zero consequences. Hard to blame the kids when they are allowed to do it.

North with 106 yards in penalties so far. That's Raiderish. Oops. As I type this they get 5 more.
#3 should have been kicked out in the 3rd quarter. Down 37 on the last play of the game and they are STILL talking. Disgusting display. That program needs some adults.

I was wrong. He came into the game with 45 tds. He ended with 50. Unreal. If he gets his grades in order, he will have an NU offer.
But the expert says NU will not offer. You know the expert. Ugly old bitter guy with boat oars as teeth, pimps out his ugly wife, and thinks he can "get the players out of Lincoln" when blo was fired.

Yes #3 should have been benched for awhile to get him to calm down after his first penalty of tossing the ball tonthe defender after scoring a TD (gee wonder where he has seen that happen before? I remember a Husker getting this very same penalty this year and people on here said there was nothing wrong with it). North lost their composure after that Was a pretty clean first half and North had shut down Bradley. West apparently made some changes and North didnt. When shaking hands at the end, one of Norths coaches had to pull #3 out of the line. NSAA needs to give him a little suspendion if he plays other sports.

He was pulling crap the whole game. I laughed out loud when he taunted after the score. It was so predictable. Toward the end of the game he purposely dove at a receivers knees with an intent to injure.

Obviously some of you have forgotten Larry Martin has won state twice and been there multiple times. He knows how to win these big games but Belle West was just the better team. Refs could have held on to their flags on some of those penalties.

The refs could've easily thrown a half dozen more. Not just for North popping off but for their offensive line tackling Bell West's defense on dang near every 2nd half play.
Yea because a ref is gonna call holding on a team that's down by 30

They called a blatant, obvious hold on North on a long TD pass. North fans freaked out. Refs could have called a few PF penalties on BW as well that they held onto.

The calls on North were legit calls. Then they gave North a sideline warning that didnt make the crowd happy either but when BWs coach was on the numbers yelling, they didnt throw the flag. That ref crew missed some calls, like when North had 12 guys on the field. West was at the line and Norths guy started to run off and then fell like he was hurt. Refs never did call the 12 men on the field call. West was not happy.

I will take a refs side majority if the time, but this crew struggled last night. Hell they werent sure where to spot the ball since there were no high school hash marks.

This. How could you say they should have hung onto their flags? So Brendan Stai does not know what he is talking about when he pointed out holds the refs missed. They were egregious. What does a coaches record have to do with his staffs inability (and lack of effort) to control their players?

The officials should have flagged the talking earlier in the game and then maybe it might not have gotten out of hand. West should have been flagged for a couple of taunting penalties as well. It's to bad that the taunting in this game took away from the football game.

I saw a couple calls that should have been called on #10 for North. On one play, he got up from a run and threw a blatant shoulder into the guy that had tackled him with the ref right there when he did it. I thought the ref was gonna grab him and give him a warning at the least. He did nothing. A few plays later, same player got up from being tackled and tossed the ball right at the guy who tackled him. Again, it was right in front of a ref and he did nothing. Not sure why the refs were holding back.

My recollection here isn't that people were upset that it got called... the issue was that there weren't offsetting penalties after the QB threw the ball at Gerry's back immediately after...

I don't remember people saying it shouldn't have been flagged at all though. Maybe I'm wrong, just sharing how I remember the events happening on this board.

Looked to me like BW was talking just as much, just not doing the obvious blatant actions that ON was. For instance, when #10 for North got loose and 21 (I think) for BW tackled him by the ankle, it looked like the kept twisting on it long after the play was over. North's players lost their composure and Wests didn't which only escalated when North kept getting flagged for stuff and West didn't because they were a little more discrete about it.

Just heard a first hand account of someone working last nights game. It enforces that those kids have never been shown any different. Assistant coaches berating officials, screaming "f@ck1ng m0t43r 5uCK3rs" all night at the refs. Disgusting.

Anyone notice that #3, after he was flagged and left the game, walked past the Coach and directed a few curse words at the Coach? He should have been kicked out of the game earlier. Nothing funnier than a team getting their *** kicked and they are still trash talking.
