Would put Tulane over Arkansas. Agree that we’d probably be bowl eligible with their schedule
Idk they beat tulane 45-10 the week after squeaking past arkansas 41-35 . But your right as far as the committee would see it. Especially since one is 9-2 and one is 2-9.
Sad thing is we should be comfortably bowl eligible with our own hard as 17 schedule if not for about 3 dumbass mistakes by our players and 3 dumbass coaching decisions.
Why? Arkansas beats OM if they don't fumble it driving in to score, Tulane got destroyed. Arkansas would beat a Tulane team that beat nobody this season and played a pitiful schedule.
Because they’re ranked, 9-2 vs 2-9, beat Duke and Memphis, and Arkansas has only beaten Arkansas State and Alabama A&M. Arkansas might be Tulane but who knows. Only thing supporting Arkansas is playing people close here and there and I guess recruiting rankings.
Would also say Florida and UK are better wins than Arkansas. They’re not great wins, but I don’t know why anyone is defending Arkansas as a better win than UF, UK or Tulane
Bounties win over Duke & Memphis sure sound impressive. Better than Arkansas? Yeah. Legitimate too 25 team? Heck no.
