Take the sentence that violates the rules and edit it or remove it. The billboards themselves are no violation and the fact that this is even an issue proves that, despite their efforts to say otherwise, the campaign really is getting to them.

According to the N. MS Daily Journal MSU only rented the board for one month. Jan 1-31. It will probably be removed Feb. 1 and the Bears can finally claim a victory and put up a banner in it's place.
