I think Mullen switching punters seemingly at random has 17ed with their heads. It's got to be difficult to go from not knowing if you're punting to all of a sudden standing with your heels at the back line of the end zone. Baker has been a great punter his whole career, but since he started rotating with Bell, he's been horrible. As a special teams coach, Mullen should know you don't 17 with a kicker's head. Oh wait, Mullen isn't a special teams coach. He just gives himself a title to make him look more important.
