had the gall a few days ago to tell me I should switch allegiance to UAT since I've lived in Alabama so long and earn my living here. I politely declined ... thought he was kidding at first but noticed he was dead serious. He also said he had another friend who lives here, from Louisiana but not an alum of LSU, who is a big LSU fan and he thought that he was just about obligated to change to be an Alabama fan.<div>
</div><div>This guy is a pretty nice fellow, but not a graduate of any college ... your stereotypical, 90% redneck, Alabama fan. I'm not even sure he finished high school (from a perceived intelligence level, the way he talks, the views he has, etc., I'd say not). He wears Alabama clothes all the time, has an Alabama golf bag ... the whole nine yards.</div><div>
</div><div>The arrogance of a large majority of the UAT fanbase is astounding. And people wonder why we can't stand Alabama sports and consider them our prime rival. I'm sure RocketCityDawg has had similar experiences.</div>
