WR was the best position group on the field, by far.
Which partly explains why we threw the ball so much. The passing game is MUCH improved and is going to win us some games this year I think. Its going to have to if our RBs don't show me more than what I saw Saturday. They did some good things at times but none of them have shown the vision and decisiveness that a good back needs.

I'll agree with this for Newby and Cross, but I'm not convinced that Wilbon doesn't have what it takes to be a great back. A couple of his carries were blown up before he got the handoff. I think he might be really good if you can get him in rhythm.

Wilbon did some good things, but I saw at least one short run where I just said man, "Ameer would have shot through that crease and scored from 50+", Wilbon kind of hestitated. Just the way it is. Ameer covered up a bunch of warts for our offense.

We did a good job catching Tommy's passes. Great job working during the off season securing the pass. Keep up the good work.
Yep the whole group was impressive. Reilly kept making play after play after play. When a guy like that steps up you know you are getting good coaching. Major props to our wideout coach
