I get it, but whether you made a decision or not is irrelevant. Intent or making a decision to target is not part of what constitutes targeting.

There should be two categories of targeting. Flagrant one flagrant two. With the most egregious coming with ejection.

Yellow card / red card makes sense, but I’m guessing there is legal exposure around head injuries.
