Yeah we both know that, however this guy downplayed how good Gaffney’s program is. “Gaffney is an upstoppable powerhouse in SC” he said sarcastically. They just knocked off Tom Knotts and Dutch Fork. They hadn’t lost a game since 2017.
He set the public school record for longest winning streak at Independence in Charlotte. Gaffney has won a lot of titles, but Dutch Fork will likely be the favorite every year as long as Knotts is there.
Is this supposed to be some huge "gotcha"? Did you dig up months old posts for SportsHead or did he do it for you and you're his errand boy because lmao about making a thread about this stuff.
He tried to use a game against Gaffney to legitimize the scheduling against Nation Ford (which finished 4-6 btw) and this is like saying because someone played Salem close that means they're a really good program. He flat out admitted he knew nothing about NF but was desperately trying to validate them as a quality, top notch opponent for GW when the reality is they're Franklin County not Oscar Smith. He used one, literally one, close game they played against a good team (I also never called Gaffney a trash program btw) as his basis for everything and if your n=1 that deserves to be mocked every single time. It was terrible, dumb, sixth-grade levels of specious reasoning.

He helps kids in Danville and the school he’s at get recruited. I wouldn’t laugh. Twitter is the wave for things like that.

I don’t understand how DH only has Ferrum. Kid has a 3.0 and was one of the better players on this side of the state.

Not misinformed. He posted his Ferrum offer on Twitter and Facebook as his first official offer. None of the others you named.
I’m well connected with the coaching staff at GW. DH may and should be getting that interest, but he hasn’t been offered by any of those programs.
FCS and DII/DIII throw their hats in the ring around now anyway, they have to wait and let the dust settle from early signing day in FBS before they know where to focus their efforts. Kid could end up with many offers over the next six weeks.
