OPINION: TIME FOR A NEW RULE ON TRANSFERS

There needs to be a change fast. These kids quitting on their school, and taking the easy way out is ruining high school football. I know a bunch of the local kids and they didn’t have any reason to transfer except to win. I have heard one of the big names that went to PD already wants out.
