After becoming a fan of the series I bought all The Walking Dead volumes. Other than reading the Sunday comics as a kid I've never been into it.

I'll pick up some trades every so often. Buying weekly just got to be more expensive than I wanted to pay. Chew is one of my favorites. I also have alot of Fables. I used to do Walking Dead but it got too predictable. Locke and Key is also interesting. I recently got Marvel Unlimited for me and my son. It is something for us to do together and for what is out there, it is a good value at $60/yr.

I've been on a classic comics kick lately-- Terry and the Pirates, Steve Canyon, and Prince Valiant. I also love Darwyn Cooke's graphic novel versions of Richard Stark's Parker books. Neil Gaiman's going to have a book reading and signing tour (he bills it as his last US book tour) beginning next month and in addition to his latest book I can have one other item signed & I'm trying to decide what it should be. I was thinking maybe something from Sandman or Death but I'm leaning in another direction...

Daily comics like Calvin and Hobbes below, or Marvel/DC etc? I loved comic books growing up but it got way too damn expensive. I still want to complete my Spiderman Maximum Carnage series and the Clone Saga collections. I thought the Scarlet Spider was badass! Man, it's good to find some fellow nerds.

I also have most of this series

I still want to complete my Spiderman Maximum Carnage series

Which ones are you missing? PM me, I might be willing to part with mine for a fair price. It seems worthless to me to keep an incomplete set and since you are still collecting I would rather someone who appreciates them have them.

Good Omens is very good (I also love Pratchett's work). At the moment though I'm thinking something non-book related.

Yeah & I'm thinking specifically a poster-- there are some available on the Warner Brothers store website of Sandman characters. I'm thinking of getting it signed and then framed. What might be better though if there was some sort of old publicity poster from a past book tour or something like that...

I stopped reading daily comics when Far Side stopped publishing on December 31, 1994. I still miss it to this day. Gary Larson was genious. The mummy in the bathroom stall...Dogs and Alcohol, the tragic untold story...the list is endless. You can Google his stuff, but it's pretty well protected online these days.

Snyder's Batman, the new ongoing Thor, Walking Dead, Deadpool and a ton of trades.

Interested to see where they head next. Morrison's stuff in Incorporated has been wonderful as well.
