the non renewal went the property, but the renter didn't give us the notice, although she'll bring every other piece of worthless junk mail.

Obtaining and keeping a rental property policy has been an exercise in futility for me for the past year. I am on my 4th different policy in that time frame....

They sent the non renewal to the property (instead of my address), it hasn't be insured since mid May.

Same thing happened with one of our rental properties. Our insurer dropped that coverage on renewal but don’t understand why we are shifting our other properties to the carrier willing to insure what they would not. Neither my partner nor I received their notice of intent to cancel.
