OT: "bad larry"

Heard a dude refer to something as a "bad larry" the other day, I'm pretty solid in the colloquialism game but I'd never came across this one. Any Sixpackers familiar? Is it a Midwest/Northeast thing? I have decent Midwestern coverage, but am a little lacking in Northeasternisms (thankfully).

Well, I can certainly envision a bad actor to make the phrase stick in my head from now on

Moved to New England over a decade ago, and it was one of the unique phrases I remember hearing for the first time post-move.

Sounds like a band that would have played at Rick's circa mid 90's opening for Dead Eye Dick and Dash Rip Rock.
